Meet Vance Nordine
Vance Nordine’s journey in Real Estate is a testament to how faith, family and a business go hand in hand. Vance has helped guide hundreds and hundreds of valued clients through his successful career. Vance is the CEO and owner of Nordine Realty, Inc. In his book he shares some of his stories and keys to success. You will meet Team Nordine and learn what sets Nordine Realty, Inc apart. Vance is one of four generations helping buyers, sellers and investors for over forty years. He grew up in SoCal, attended Biola University and married Gloria, his college sweetheart, who is the co-owner of Nordine Realty, Inc. Together they have 3 children and multiple grandchildren who they enjoy spending time with.
Meet Mary Nordine Hale
Mary’s journey in Real Estate began at age 6, when she got her first job stamping envelopes for a Nordine Realty, Inc. mailer. Mary has helped guide buyers, sellers, and investors with care and attention to detail, continuing a legacy built on trust and long-standing relationships. Mary is a Broker Associate with Nordine Realty, Inc., where she works alongside her father, Vance Nordine, carrying on a multi-generational tradition in the industry. She grew up in Southern California and remains deeply connected to the area she serves. Mary and her husband are the proud parents of two amazing girls. She & her family enjoy gardening, raising chickens, and spending time together as a family.
