Let's get you prequalified! This will differentiate you from the rest of the "buyer crowd" and show that you are serious. It also gives us a definite price range to best help you.

Before Calling a Lender

Gather These Documents

1. Driver’s License and Social Security Card

2. Last two years complete Federal Tax Returns (Federal only needed)

3. Last two years W-2s or 1099s

4. Most recent month of pay stubs

5. Most recent 2 months of bank statements (including checking, savings, 401k, Annuity, etc.) with all pages of the statement.

6. Last two years of Complete Federal Corporate Tax Returns (if applicable)

7. Last two years of K-1 Tax Forms (if applicable)
